1. About the L.J. Bridge Foundation

The L.J. Bridge Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans, service members, and their families by providing emergency financial assistance, community-building events, educational scholarships, and resource navigation. Our Site is designed to help individuals learn about our mission, apply for aid, connect with resources, donate, volunteer, and stay informed about our work.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or you are using the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

  • The information you provide to us (including in applications, contact forms, and donations) is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your use of the Site (if applicable) and for all activities that occur under those credentials.

3. Not Professional Advice; No Guarantee of Assistance

Submission of an application for assistance or inquiry does not guarantee that you will receive aid, financial support, or other services. All applications are reviewed individually, and decisions are made in our sole discretion based on eligibility criteria, available resources, and mission alignment.

4. Donations and Payments

When you make a donation or financial contribution through the Site:

  • You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the amount indicated, including any recurring payments you choose to set up.​

  • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all payment information you submit is accurate.

  • Donations are generally non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly.

As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, donations to the L.J. Bridge Foundation are intended to be tax-deductible as allowed by law; however, you should consult your own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, page layouts, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to the L.J. Bridge Foundation and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, except where otherwise noted (such as third-party logos or tools).​

You may:

  • View and print pages from the Site for your personal, noncommercial use related to our mission, provided that you do not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.

You may not, without our prior written consent:
